THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ARE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF TEXAS AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void outside of Texas where prohibited by law.
By participating in the USAA® Boots On The Court Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you (an “Entrant”) unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of United Services Automobile Association (the “Sponsor” or “USAA”) and US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co. (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
1. SPONSOR / SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR: Sponsor: United Services Automobile Association, 9800 Fredericksburg, San Antonio, TX 78288. Sweepstakes Administrator: US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., 1630 30th St., STE A593, Boulder, CO 80301.
2. WHEN TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on Monday, February 22, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Within the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) separate and distinct Entry Periods (each, an “Entry Period”) and three (3) corresponding Random Drawings (each, a “Random Drawing”) as defined in the “Entry Periods & Random Drawings Schedule” below. Entries must be received during an Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period’s Random Drawing and prize. Non-winning entries received during an Entry Period will not roll over to subsequent Entry Periods. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY / WHO CAN ENTER: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the state of Texas, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void outside Texas and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors and agents of Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, and their respective owners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win.
4. HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes. During an Entry Period, visit https://spurs.usaaevents.com/ (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow all on-screen entry instructions to complete the entry form in its entirety and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Random Drawing corresponding to that Entry Period (“Entry”).
Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Entrant per Entry Period. Although subsequent attempts to enter during a given Entry Period may be received, only the first complete Entry received from a particular Entrant during a given Entry Period will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person to enter, including entries submitted with an alternate email address, will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Photocopied, illegible, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. DATA RATES MAY APPLY TO USE OF MOBILE PHONE/DEVICE AND/OR SCANNING A QR CODE IN CONJUCTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPTAKES. Entrant's wireless service provider may charge Entrant for data usage, and Entrant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated using a mobile device or scanning a QR code. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans. Not all wireless phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Entrant should check their phone and service capabilities for specific mobile internet instructions. NOTE: Entry must be made by the Entrant only. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
5. PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties, including Sweepstakes Administrator, for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including, without limitation, the storing of your personal information for purposes of complying with state record retention requirements. Any information Entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner’s list. Personal information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.usaa.com/privacy.
6. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There are three (3) prizes available to be won in the Sweepstakes; one (1) prize per Entry Period.
a. Entry Period #1 Prize: There is one (1) Entry Period #1 prize available to be won. One (1) Entry Period #1 prize winner will receive two (2) floor seat tickets to the San Antonio Spurs home game scheduled to take place on November 17, 2026 at Frost Bank Center. The ARV of the Entry Period #1 Prize is: $2,550.
b. Entry Period #2 Prize: There is one (1) Entry Period #2 prize available to be won. One (1) Entry Period #2 prize winner will receive two (2) floor seat tickets to the San Antonio Spurs home game scheduled to take place on January 26, 2027 at Frost Bank Center. The ARV of the Entry Period #2 Prize is: $2,550.
c. Entry Period #3 Prize: There is one (1) Entry Period #3 prize available to be won. One (1) Entry Period #3 prize winner will receive two (2) floor seat tickets to the San Antonio Spurs home game scheduled to take place on March 9, 2027 at Frost Bank Center. The ARV of Entry Period #3 Prize is: $2,550.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won in the Sweepstakes: $7,650. There is a limit of one (1) prize per Entrant. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received per Entry Period.
7. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Each prize consists solely of two (2) floor seat tickets to a designated San Antonio Spurs home game. Transportation, food and beverage, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. San Antonio Spurs game tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Tickets are subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions. Sponsor bears no responsibility if a designated San Antonio Spurs game does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for game tickets winners are unable to use due to loss, damage, destruction (and such will not be replaced), or delay or cancellation of a designated San Antonio Spurs game, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Winners agree that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the issuer. Prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may also be subject to terms and conditions established by the issuer and communicated at time of prize award. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, the San Antonio Spurs, National Basketball Association or Frost Bank Center.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion, including the right to substitute the designated San Antonio Spurs home game for a different home game during the 2026/2027 season. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of any prize will not be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Sponsor shall not be liable for any mistake made by a winner or in shipment or delivery of any prize. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, winner(s) will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and is not responsible for the prize’s utility to each winner. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE FROM SPONSOR. Any prize pictured or mentioned in Sweepstakes advertising or promotion materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a prize. THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE WILL BE TREATED AS INCOME TO THE WINNER AND THE WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT AND REPORTING OF ALL APPLICABLE TAXES. SPONSOR ENCOURAGES YOU TO CONSULT YOUR TAX ADVISOR TO DETERMINE HOW WINNING THIS PRIZE MAY AFFECT YOUR TAX OBLIGATIONS.
8. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random Drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The potential prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings from among all eligible Entries received within the corresponding Entry Period on or about the corresponding Random Drawing Date indicated in the Entry Periods & Random Drawings Schedule in the “When to Enter” section of these Official Rules.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: Following each Random Drawing, the corresponding potential winner will be notified by the Sweepstakes Administrator via email and/or phone and will be required to sign and return, within two (2) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, an IRS W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). These Releases will require the winner to furnish their Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Winner will also be required to provide the email address associated with their Ticketmaster account for prize delivery. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
USAA makes every effort to conduct its business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any policies and procedures applicable to prize recipients. By accepting a prize as described, if a winner is a Government Official (in a position with a federal, state, local, or foreign government entity as an elected or appointed official—to include active duty military—employee, representative, or agent), they are certifying they have consulted with their agency’s Ethics Official and obtained any required approval to accept the prize. Winners may request that the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator provide additional information on the costs of the prize for their own internal approvals or disclosures.
Sponsor is not responsible for any change in Entrant’s contact information, including phone number and email address. All prize claims are subject to verification by Sweepstakes Administrator. Regardless of whether or not you receive a potential winner message, you are not a winner until your prize claim has been timely received and verified by the Sweepstakes Administrator, your Entry and eligibility have been verified, and you have complied with these Official Rules. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing, if time allows. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor fails to receive a sufficient number of Entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award such prize(s).
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitute permission to use Winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video recordings, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, and release the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Administrator, and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prizes offered. Entrants assume all liability for and Released Parties shall be held harmless against any liability for any injury, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or injury to property caused or claimed to be caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate information associated with the Sweepstakes, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (i) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury, damage or loss to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; (iv) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, including undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email messages; (v) any design, typographical or other error in Sweepstakes-related materials; (vi) unclear, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost, undelivered or unprocessed entries; or (vii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted, corrupted or cancelled.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may prohibit any Entrant from participation in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor determines that the Entrant has acted in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness or proper play or with intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other Entrants or any of the Released Parties. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, Entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may ask any Entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof, to Sponsor’s satisfaction, that such party is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries or individuals from the Sweepstakes and any sweepstakes it sponsors and (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Sweepstakes to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.
THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT, OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE, AS APPLICABLE. Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO APPLICABILITY MAY VARY BY LOCATION.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. By entering, Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
13. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a participant in any class or representative action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Bexar County, Texas; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

16. DATA COLLECTION: Any information submitted to USAA is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.usaa.com/privacy. Any Information or activity on any social network(s) associated with this Sweepstakes is governed by the applicable social network’s policy.
